McKenzie Cox – Associate Attorney

McKenzie Cox grew up in the small town of Dothan, Alabama, and is our only Alabama-native attorney. McKenzie chose to attend the University of Alabama, where she graduated in 2019 Magna Cum Laude. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law in 2023. While in law school, McKenzie was a member of Cumberland’s nationally recognized Negotiation Team, a member of the Junior Trial Advocacy Board, and a member of the Center for Children, Law, and Ethics. During her 1L year, McKenzie was a sweet sixteen finalist in Cumberland’s Parham H. Williams Trial Competition. During her 2L year, she was the runner-up in Cumberland’s Henry C. Strickland Negotiation Competition. Family is at the forefront of who McKenzie is, professionally and personally.
