To that end, we have established a Mediation Services Group, staffed by Partners Laura Montgomery Lee and Nicole Saia, experienced neutrals who focus on bringing disputants together to forge thoughtful and lasting resolutions to conflicts.

Crittenden Partners Mediation Services provides professional services tailored to the unique contours of each dispute. Our mediation practice features:

• Neutrals who are generally available upon reasonably short notice (generally within 30 days of request)
• Flexible date, time, and location scheduling
• Ability to utilize technology such as audio and video during sessions
• Pre-mediation meetings or telephone conferences as necessary
• Comprehensive review of all materials relevant to the dispute

Our Mediators

Led by Laura Montgomery Lee and Nicole Saia, who have nearly 40 combined years of legal experience, Crittenden Partners Mediation Services is designed to meet the needs of individuals who need an experienced neutral promptly. Laura and Nicole are proven negotiators adept at facilitating discussions and helping each side understand the other’s interests and motivations, resulting in outcomes that are satisfactory to all.

Location

We are happy to host mediation sessions at any of our Homewood or Shelby County offices. We have recently expanded our Homewood office to include six conference rooms.
